At Lakeside Supply Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Lakeside Supply Co. will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non‑refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
